PRICES:
We will endeavour to supply all goods at the prices published, but reserve the right to vary prices without notice and supply at the price ruling at the date of despatch. "All Prices Subject to Standard Rate VAT"

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
A 2½% discount may be deducted for payment received by the 20th of the month following the month of invoice. Thereafter the account is overdue.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS:
No returns or cancellations will be accepted unless previously agreed. Special order goods (non stock items and cut lengths) cannot be returned or cancelled under any circumstances. "No Responsibility Will be Accepted For Incorrect Measurements Given".

DELIVERY:
Dates and times quoted, are given in good faith, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any claims resulting from delay. Losses or damages must be reported in writing within 3 days.

TITLE TO GOODS:
The goods supplied will remain the property of Flooring Accessories Limited, until such time as full payment is received.
